Susan Resnick has worked tirelessly as a co-leader for the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene’s GIS Center, managing the Agency’s GIS. She has participated in historic public health responses including West Nile virus, 9/11, H1N1, Hurricane Sandy, and currently COVID-19. She has brought this expertise to the NYC COVID-19 response within the award-winning Integrated Data Team to fulfill a pivotal role in the response. With a focus on health equity, Susan developed and leads a team of geospatial analysts to develop complex data products that inform every step of the NYC COVID-19 response. Read more…
