As NYGeoCon 2025 quickly approaches, we are looking for volunteers to help make the conference a success. This is a great way to get involved, meet new colleagues, and support New York’s premier GIS event!
We need volunteers in the following areas:
- Session Moderators – help introduce speakers, keep sessions on time, and ensure things run smoothly. We will help you with everything you need!
- Registration Desk Support – work alongside our conference management team to welcome attendees, answer questions, and provide on-site assistance.

A quick reminder: if you haven’t already booked your hotel, please reserve a room at one of our conference hotels. We are currently short on our room block, and if the block is not met, the conference will incur additional fees. Staying in the conference hotel helps keep costs lower for everyone!
