Submissions are now being accepted in the four award categories listed below. Review the NYS GIS Association Awards Program Instructions and Procedures for details on each award, eligibility requirements, and procedures for submitting a nomination.
- Lifetime Achievement
- Individual Contributions to the Profession
- GIS Champion Award
- GIS Applications
The nomination form is available here using Google Forms, and here as a MS Word DOCX download. You can submit the Form directly to the Awards Committee using the link. Or you can download the Word DOCX template and email.
The deadline for submissions is Friday September 12, 2025.
Winners will be recognized for their achievements at this year’s NYGeoCon
