Mission Statement
The mission of the Membership Committee is to encourage users of geospatial technology from all backgrounds to join and participate in the NYS GIS Association, ensure member’s user experience is of the highest quality and benefit, and in conjunction with other committees of the Association strive in all efforts to continue membership growth.
Committee Goals
- Increase membership engagement through surveys and prize competitions
- Increase membership total and reach 850 members for the Association
