On behalf of our friends and colleagues at Esri, please read the below message regarding the upcoming Esri UC:

This year’s Esri User Conference (Esri UC) is fast approaching, with the forward looking theme GIS—Inspiring What’s Next. There will be a lot to see and talk about.

Thousands of hours of workshops, sessions, and demos are lined up to educate and energize you. More than 300 exhibitors will share information about their latest services, hardware, and solutions. Sessions that span wide areas of interest and networking events will allow you to mingle with like-minded peers to create connections that last long after the event.

It’s your work that makes GIS progress possible, so we hope you’re able to come to San Diego to take it all in for a strong boost along your GIS journey. If you’re unable to attend, you can get a feel for the excitement by following us and tuning into the live stream of the Plenary Session on our Facebook page. The all-day Plenary Session will kick off the event with Esri’s vision, software road map, demos of advancing capabilities, tales of transformation from your peers, and inspiring keynote speeches.

Live Stream Info:

Date: Monday July 9, 2018 — Time: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (PDT)

In your preparation for the event, be certain to review the yearly UC Q&A document. Each year we spend several weeks replying to comments and questions from a pre-conference survey about GIS and Esri. We are eager to share this information with you.

While nothing beats attending the Esri UC in person, the live stream provides an opportunity to learn the latest GIS developments at the moment they’re announced to the global GIS community. Sharing the stream with a group of colleagues might be just the inspiration you need to create the “what’s next” for your organization.

Sincerely,

Jack Dangermond
