The New York State GIS Association Annual Meeting (4 – 5:30pm) and Geospatial Summit Reception (5:30 – 9:00pm) will be held on Tuesday, September 25th at the Welch Allyn Lodge in Skaneateles Falls, New York. - Book signing with Greg Milner, author of “Pinpoint: How GPS is Changing Technology, Culture, and Our Minds”. Greg will also be a keynote speaker at the Summit on September 26th.
- Reception keynote by Bill Johnson: “Carpe Geo and Parvus Momentum”- In this highly personal presentation, Bill will share stories of his career journey that highlight “seizing the opportunity” and finding satisfaction in the rich profession of GIS.
- Awards Ceremony celebrating outstanding achievements in GIS this year, with a special remembrance of Bob Brower.
