GreenInfo Network is a nonprofit that helps other public interest groups and agencies with a wide range of geospatial technology.  Founding director Larry Orman will showcase some of the approaches that the organization uses to support 80-100 groups annually, with everything from Esri-based GIS data, analysis and display mapping to interactive applications using open source solutions. Over 20 years, GreenInfo has worked with more than 750 organizations - you can see some of this work showcased at www.GreenInfo.org.  GreenInfo Network also manages the California Protected Areas Database, the most detailed statewide GIS inventory of parks and open spaces (www.CALands.org) and works closely with the USGS on its Protected Areas Database of the U.S.
