This year, it will be in Buffalo, May 18-20 and the registration fees is only $50 (students), $120 (IEEE members), $150 (public) for three days! (including the talks +tutorials +exhibitions + meals+ happy hours and networking)

Abstracts are due this week Feb 15 (we might have a short extension).  You can also submit a full paper after the conference (due September 1/2020) to be published in a special issue of the Remote Sensing Journal https://www.mdpi.com/journal/remotesensing with impact factor of 4.118 (Four high quality papers will be published free of charge; saving about $2000/paper).  Check out the website for details: https://stratus-conference.com/
